    The fact of the matter still remains. Yep, I'm SEEKING - ENTERTAINING SERIOUS OFFERS - 4 years would be the HIGH end of the spectrum.

    If someone said, I'll give you 5 years, it's sold.

    CONSIDER 5 YEARS A BIN.

    Also, it would be EASY to bring in MUCH MORE revenue per day than it currently is with promotion, link building, and the like. I haven't promoted ONE BIT - NO social network links, digg links, directory links, NOTHING minus the 5 or 7 days I ran a AdWords Campaign, since advertising is promoting.

    Mostly SE Keyword Traffic

    Also 57 RSS SUBSCRIBERS

    SINCE ALL OF US ADULT U.S. CITIZENS DEAL WITH TAXES - AND TAXES AREN'T GOING ANYWHERE, ANYTIME SOON, IT'S A SOLID INVESTMENT.

    I stopped writing articles in November. December was TOTALLY AUTOPILOT - ALSO THE SLOWEST TAX MONTH OF THE YEAR.

    To the RIGHT PERSON - it's a potential GOLDMINE.

    IF IT CAN DO $4.25/day on AUTOPILOT - I've only SPARKED it's POTENTIAL - $10/day would only take 2 YEARS to get an ROI.

    As this site seems to have so much potential I wonder why you don't just keep it wait till tax season reap the $10 per day adsense money and then retire to the Caribbean.

    Hi,

    I'm from the UK, so don't have a clue about the U.S. tax system. So could somebody please tell me when the peak period is for 'tax rebates'? I've seen a couple of websites that say Dec. 31 is the deadline for claiming them.

    Tax season TRADITIONALLY lasts from January 1st to April 15th - Late taxes can be filed as late as October 15 - The dead months are November and December.

    I will offer $350
    It is a legitimate bid, 3.5 months worth(based on your current amount displayed, which is roughly 100 per month), I have never paid more than 5 months worth of a site.
    So if that bid is still a joke... then let us know.
    I see anywhere from 300 to a maximum of 750(if your more friendly and throw in some free hosting and such) for this site, that is just me tho.
