You are stealing content from the authors by disabling the links in the author bio at the bottom of all the articles. I was actually going to place a bid for the site and went to check it out and saw at least 10 or so of my articles with the link in my bio disabled. It is stealing content!
Like I said in my first post . the blog is auto which mean its came from RSS Feed .. I never edit the post. If you think you are so right take any action.. I'm ready to defense as I don't do anything wrong. The blog only update from one article directory and nothing more. I would suggest you to check the article directory itself first before saying content stealing. If anyone else in doubt .. I can prove it. Thank you. myo
Not that I really care because article content gets stolen left and right and republished without the links being in the test. It doesn't really make a dent in my sales anyway. But you are still wrong. According to Article Rich here is there terms of service for publishers http://www.articlerich.com/terms.php It states: 3. You agree to respect the copyright of each author whose articles you wish to publish. This includes but is not limited to 1. resource box, 2. any links provided by the author. 5. You agree to keep hyperlinks "live" so that users can click on the link and be taken to it's destination as the author intended. *Both your site and the article directory have not kept them live. The article directory is also not displaying the links correctly you are right but you are reposting them and it is stealing nonetheless when the hyperlinked text in the author's bio is not kept live. Either way you slice it it is stealing content. But I will leave you alone I just want people to be aware of what they are buying. I will not pursue it any farther because it is a waste of my time and I rather be making money and writing more articles etc but the buyer should know that anyone of the author could require the owner of the site to fix all of the links or shut down the site with a DCMA. So on to bigger and better things.
How can I keep hyperlinks "live" if the link doesn't even work on original site? I got contents from Article Directory and Article Directory got contents from Author. Whatever comming to copy right between Author will need to be direct with Article Directory itself. To all who interest in my website. The content are came from RSS Feed and disply exactly same as feed. I have no control over the contents. The way my website work is update all articles in just one click or I can even make it auto update when the new article release on article directory. I don't choose which article to be post in which day. To Ichibanda I truely understand how you feel about the author link. If you want to update on my website I can help you. BUT to solve the future problem you should contact to article directory itself. ( I have no control over article directory which I don't own it) Thank you. myo
