The script it's running on is no longer for sale, which will keep the clones down. The script alone cost $147 along with the cost of custom layouts to be added to the site and custom template. Assume little traffic and no revenue. No link building, advertising, or general promotion has been done yet on this site. The backend of the script allows for modifying the template, adding layouts, ads, and pretty much anything else. Buyer will receive full ownership of the script, domain, templates, etc... So? Sites that sell on PR alone have nothing more to offer. If you check out my description there is plenty of other value added and it's mentioned no link building has been done.
