WTS Sports Site High Traffic

Hey guys, I just opened my site, but due to school I don't have enough time to actually commit the hours I want, so I was hoping to sell it possibly if I can get a decent price. I've only had the site open for a month and 2 days but so far I've generated a huge buzz about it, see all the stats below.

Traffic - 3000 Uniques month
Adsense - $19/month
Layout - Extremely nice, you get the PSD. and the Valid XHTML/CSS code.
Backlinks - 190
Traffic - (110 Unique Visitors + Growing traffic) The traffic is from forums, other sports related blogs, readers from feedburner, friends, advertisements and google searchs. My site is also ranked 3rd for the keyword Leafs Nation, which is a really good keyword since its a really popular name amongst leaf fans and everyone.

PR - Obviously the PR hasnt updated since its new but I think it'd be a 2 or 3
Other - shows good promise to this site as we have some active comments in each of our articles. Great site for any sports enthusiast or just a person set on making some money. Also selling some 468x60 ads on the site for $5 per in each article, have 4 people suscribing so I got $20 from that as well.

STATS:
About the stats, my timezone is messed up so my stats are always a day behind, so since it says 27 uniques for december 1st thats wrong, its 27 + all of the uniques of december 1st, ill even give u an updated if u request it. But as you see for november its 112 a day. Pretty good for a 1 month set up.

CONTENT:
For content if you take over the site, you can get a writer, they're really cheap as you'd only need about 1 or 2 articles every 1 or 2 days, then for the pre game you can get that at nhl.com, allowed with permission of course. Or you can choose an alternate path and get RSS feeds from other hockey sites or blogs to be really up to date but I havent done that yet.

The Bottom Line:
Its an amazing site, the layout is worth about $70 alone, since thats how much I charge per custom job, the code is worth like $30 since its fully valid xhtml/css and if you continue to let this site grow theres endless possibilities with better sponsers for ads and google revenues.


PRICE: To start it off I'm looking to get a starting bid of $50. Minimum bid increase: $20 , BIN: $500

On your adsense screenshot you can't have some of that info showing. its against gooogle tos. just so you know.

Not for a while, a couple weeks maybe.

And about the promotions, I just opened a small contest at the end of November, and I only bought 1 link in a directory at www.pagehole.com and thats all. By the way that's the only 1 link I have in a directory so you can tell my traffic is real.

LOL, [to the avalanche person] yeah too bad I didn't make a fan site around them, although after they lost peter forsberg and adam foote the team hasn't quite been the same. It's slowly reviving now with Smyth and Stasny but still, just doesn't have the same feel.

To help persuade your decision on will this be worth it, you can make quite a bit of money on monthly banner links, or 468x60 rotating banners that sponser each entry. Many sports forums out there need traffic and my site is offering that + more.
