I am looking for some work. Some of you may have seen examples of my work before.

The offer is as follows. I will make you a fully working and custom website of any kind. We can discuss the features and the design. I have a lot of experience with PHP/MySQL xHTML/CSS and am a skillfull designer.

Price range:
$150-$250 depending on the complexity of the site. Normally it wont exceed $200.

I can only take 1 currently as I have to cope with other things and do not want waiting lists as that can result in unhappy customers. First one gets it.


Dont hesitate to try. Discuss any kind of project and I will tell you a timeline and price or simply decline if it is to heavy to take for $250.

Payment:
You pay afterwards. Only thing I ask is a downpayment of a symbolic value. $5 would be enough already, this is for me to verify that you will pay. Rest can be payed at once after delivered.

Revenue makers:
If you want to I will do ad placement for you. Complete with admin panel for you to change the ad codes. Will choose spots that will make you the most of money.

SEO:
Will do some SEO on your websites. Now I am not expert in this but I know my way around with most of the things needed to be done.

I am referring to 3 weeks back you said you would design and code a page for me that was web 2.0 style.

But that was it I never heard from you. I have had 3 designs made since then and you were the only person who neede $25 upfront.

Never had this kind of situation before.
But I can recall taking on that offer, not sure what musst have happend let me get back to you when I get home. Will finish your site, no additional costs.

Thing is I had to go to china 2 weeks ago, not sure how that could mess up my administration but I'm working on it.

Have 2 projects where I work on at the moment. I can take one more and still make deadlines. So I currently still have 1 spot available.


These sites can be anywhere from small normal sites to sites relying on very advanched scripts (like fully working CMS). Rates depends and some sites may exceed the $250. Im working fulltime on projects like these so expect good and quick responses as well as regulair updates. My 2 current clients both received updates within 24 hours, 1 even got the full layout other halve and some done scripting.

I will reply to every pm send to me as well as quote them, unless it is undoable for me.

I work in periods. Once I give an update I pick up the work after they aprove to the made work. This way you will be able to direct the project to exactly how you need it.
