    Has alexa rank of 36k and is growing everyday.....

    Selling the site because dont have enough time to give to it anymore

    Revenue=Site generates 900$+ pm......around 700$ pm from adsense and 200$ pm from tribalfusion...

    All traffic is natural..From SEO and other websites...no need to buy any traffic..

    For me it is not a question of me not having the funds. I simply don't believe that the site is worth the amount you are asking - and perhaps this is the reason why other people aren't following through on a sale?

    If you were asking $1k then I might be interested - but $5k?!?

    I'm interested in the site, but would need more information on the following:

    1. Proof of income

    2. Proof of traffic - That image could be any site's stats.
    Also, is that live visitors, or do those stats also include robots?

    3. Top traffic sources:
    You mention that all traffic is natural.
    What are your best-ranking keywords? (Volume?)
    What are your best referral sources? (Volume?)

    4. What's required of you to run the site daily?


    I'd just like some solid information before dropping $5k or so.
