    *Less 150ms ping to me. (I want to check with ping)
    *At least 5GB HD
    *At least 20GB BW
    *Company that at least half year in the market
    *Money guarantee
    *Can run nulled scripts
    *Budget 5$/m
    *Paypal

    If the ping is the major factor for you - go through hundred web hosts and ask for IP for pinging then compare and filter the ones you are satisfied with then make sure about the pricing.

    i was about to offer something but nulled scripts are illegal - you may want to mention that you need some form of off shore hosting because i doubt many hosts in the US will be willing to host you (i'm only assuming you live in this country)
