    There's something we need to clearify.
    I will not accept any of the 3 offers receive through PM, for 2 reasons:
    1) It is not fair for others, since they don't know what's happening behind the scene.
    2) It is not fair for me since people interested do not compete for the site fairly.

    So, I'll add a couple of new rules here, and take it or leave:

    ~Reserve: $105
