I bought this website like four days ago, it has gotten 20-30 UV's a day. It 1 click on adsense so far.

Very nice site, you can send yourself to a link of a file you uploaded. Very useful!

Has an admin panel where you can adjust file size and such.

Also change how long a files stays, delete files, and how many times they can be downloaded.

Easy to change the ads as well.

Sold at $120, and yes some how it got up to $120 because people kept offering more and more. It was full of confusion but it is now sold. Sorry to anyone who was confused by what happened there was nothing I could do really I woke up with like 10 pms.
