I started this site a few weeks ago now Im done, and I want to sell it. Thats what I do, I make good sites and then I sell.

This site has a huge earning potential, alot of ad spaces, banners(link cloak, rotative banner + Impressions counter auto managment), affiliate links space.

The Main ideia of nowlaptop is : Provide a Space to ppl looking for laptops, notebooks, cell phones and also provide space for those who want to give their own personal review about something they bought.

The logo is 100% yours, I made it myself (u get the psd too).
You also get all psds of this site, all files editable.
This template is 100% original(I bought the Editables files from a Template Club) and very customized.
U have 100% right to modify and do whatever you please as long you dont resell the template and the files. U have 100% right to use under nowlaptop.com

You also get Nowlaptops.com You can do whatever you want with this url, or I dunno use as A redirection to nowlaptop.. you name it.

Also: All rights of nowlaptop files apply to nowlaptops.com so you can use all files there aswell.

NOTE: For the sake of this auction assume no traffic and no income at all.

NOTE2: You get my personal Support for 1 month or until you adjust to the site management.

NOTE3: This site requires no work at all, it even manage the banner's views so you wont have to suspend banner or links, site will do it for ya, Poll system is very easy to manage too. All you need is to drive traffic and sell ad space, banners pretty easy money for those who know what they are doing For example if u have lts say, 500uv's daily U can easily sell a ad space for 40/mo (and did u notice how many spaces you have???).

Note4: This site requires 20-30min Daily, just add a review/day and in sure U'll have no problem with traffic. All Organic.

Buntoo: the notebook reviews are from notebookcheck, yes. This is more like a sample data for the buyer. A empty site wouldnt drive much attention, hehe. But as I said im my first post if ur aiming for organic traffic all you have to do is post a unique review everyday + the SE friend urls that Im gonna teach the buyer how to install.

All the layout spaces are fully customized, so lets say you want to add a Banner image at the "Spot light" area, all u have to do is login in the admin panel , tick a box so the spot light wont show and with 3 clicks add what ever you want in the very same space, to change collors all you have to do is change the suffix now im using the blue one, but it could be easily changed to brown, yellow.. you name it.

Im just telling you guys so you know how porwefull this tool can be. There is no trick, drive traffic, use Dp link trade Section or Sell Ad space and ur done, u makin' alot of money and the site will work for ya if you keep doing small daily updates.

This site doesnt have alot of traffic but it just made $2, sold a Mp3 from Amazon + adsense... Im not good at monetizing I sure all of you have much better ideias then Mp3 from Amazon haha.

BishopStill: This theme is not Free. You have full right. This theme is not nulled and Im member of the site I got this from... The logo is 100% mine, also i did several template modifications is almost 100% changed from original. (I have the right for this, and so is the new owner). Plus the membership pffers me a second template free of changer full rights aswell (not resale rights ofc..) the new owner is gonna get a second premium template free from the same company. (you can choose from over 30 premium templates..).

This site is serious, not just a quick flip... as I said it has huge potencial... all visitor are super target and I think it can be pretty easy to add your aff link and sell cell phones, notebooks, laptops... since all visitors are looking for reviews of something that they intend to buy.
