[WTS] Rec-room-plans.com, 1000+hits/day, $100 revenue in 2008 [BONUS: Sister Site!!!]

I am selling TWO sites that I bought here on DP around 3 weeks ago..

Reason: I am not a good marketer, nor do I have time to market this (even though the previous owner already told me a lot on ways to market it - I haven't done so | I tried AdWords only for two days then I stopped it)

By the way, TRAFFIC had gone up way more than what it shows on the stats as I have been putting the banner of the two sites on the proxified pages of my proxy sites..

Also, it made some small revenue off adsense as well..

General Information:

For sale is an established website, www.rec-room-plans.com. The site is 12 months old.

This site sells e-books on how to build recreation room tables such as a ping pong table, roulette table, foosball table and poker table.

I'm not sure who created the plans as I bought them a while back from someone.

This auction also includes a second established site, www.build-ping-pong-table.com. This site is linked to rec-room-plans.com and is designed as a sister site to just sell the ping pong table plans as they are the most popular plans.

HOW THE SITE WORKS

The site is 100% automated and works as follows:

The buyer clicks on the 'buy now' button to purchase the plans. They then pay via paypal (directly into your paypal account). When the payment is accepted they are automatically emailed the link to download the plans. For this we use a service call payloadz (payloadz.com) This service is free and I will simply transfer my payloadz account to the winning bidder. All the winning bidder has to do is replace my paypal email address with theirs and the site is ready to make money for you !!!! That is all you have to do !!!!

DOMAIN AND HOSTING INFO

The domain is with godaddy.com, so we will simply push it to the buyer upon payment. Hosting is with explodehosting.com. We will include 1 month free hosting ! After that you can continue with them at $3.99 per month (10G bandwidth per month) or move the site to your own host.

Revenue Information:

The site has sold 3 plans in the last 7 days (total value $10) and $75 worth of plans in 2008. Most of the sales have been recently as the traffic has significantly picked up in the last few months.

The foosball plans are also listed at ebookmall.com where they have sold 5 copies in 2008.

Traffic Information:

Averaging 200-500 hits per day (see below for stats). Most of the traffic comes from Google where the site ranks very highly for search terms relating to DIY recreation tables. All the traffic is natural, we have never spent any money on advertising.

Where did you get the plans?? They are copyrighted by you or ...?? Would like to klnow there is no copyright violation selling those plans.

Thanks for that.. Actually those words are from the previous seller's thread, which you can see on the link provided..
I bought the sites together with the plan and all the accounts from him, therefore i wouldn't have a clue.. Though so far there hasn't been any problem arose regarding that issue..

That writing was from the previous seller's sales thread. Maybe the 2 were sold through ebookmall.com (they charge 50% from the price | btw, buyer will get the money that is still on my ebookmall.com account)..
