    Yes, the template needs to be plugged in. You can view the default application at index.php.
    Like I said the application is set up, just need template and promote this baby.

    It have private registration for easy transfer and avoiding penalization.

    I have the site running with a temporary logo, the thing to notice is the title and the cache frequency on Google. I did this to beat the sandbox after release.

    But I have other ventures and don't want to see it die in the dust.

    Since I had received a few PM asking the same I will make the information public.

    The site is in PHP, and uses smarty template engine. Very easy to plug-in the new design.
