Correct.. the site is new, but as with my other sites, once I submit one page to the sites I mention, traffic starts coming in about 15 minutes. Not too much but it's good to start.

PS. I would think about $25, I wouldn't like to sell the site for less than $35. If nobody else place a bid, I would probably contact you. I'm just thinking about adding more value to the site. Some more links buy tomorrow.
