WTS Quality Directory to Good Home, Over 1yr Old

    I'm interested in selling my directory, at a good price, to someone who will take care of it. The domain itself is several years old, but registered to me and a directory for a year now.

    Traffic: No Stat Software Running
    Revenue: $150 Month (avg) for last 3 months (Recently switched from 2CO to Paypal) all the stats I'm looking at. However, the directory business has shown me it can be up and down a lot throughout the year.

    Vitals:
    225 Categories
    3,000 Listings
    122 Featured URLS

    URL's are SEO friendly and the site is listed in VileSilencer's SEO friendly list. That alone is a $50 value! ;)

    Again, not looking to get rich, but am looking for it to go to a good home. There are currently no subscriptions running, but all currently listed sites must remain. Footer links can be modified.

    Yahoo reports 6,400+. It's a PR0 because I recently went through and redone the way the SEO urls were written, so there was some duplicate content...in the eyes of the Goog.

    Averaged $150 per month, for last 3 months, so that gives you an idea of submissions. Currently there is no free option.

    Also, sorry, $10 ain't gonna cut it. I do have a reserve in mind, but again, willing to let go cheap...just not willing to take a slap in the face.

    Sorry, not interested in taking any less than $300. Furthermore, you must be willing to pay when you bid. I don't do loans and that's what I'd be doing if I held the site for you to pay.

    $300? You are really selling yourself short.

    If you have $20, I'd get some stats together and list at sitepoint as well and get at least 10 months revenue for it.

    Just my 2cents. Buyers here tend to be on the cheaper side for established sites.

    sell it on site point. i sell all my sites there. DP sucks for selling websites, you get far less than they deserve
