The Net profit per month is around 1300.00 to 1700.00 USD per month. This can be substancially increased with more ad placements, and increases as members increase. The net profit is estimated after payouts per month. (I've kept the net profit monthly minimal for honesty but 6 months from now this will probably be 5k per month or even 10k per month. Especially if you add the forced cpa offers for free member cashouts. The income stream is from Advertisers, members upgrading, renting referrals, as well as CPA offers the members can do on the site. The option to include forced CPA for free members to be able to cashout is available too. The buyer would simply have to pay the coder a few hundred dollars to complete that. CPA is 50% sheer profit to the site. (When a free user reaches cashout and they go to click the cashout button it will tell them they must complete at least one offer before cashing out. (This can be coded for minimal price from the coder I have used, or by one of your choosing.) The reason for this sale is because we are moving and require funds to move to our new home. Minimum offer I will accept is 7,500.00 USD. Serious offers willing to close the sale quickly only please. I thought I had this sold over 14 days ago, and now I am late paying my school funding to take my real estate sales licencing course.

Please take into account that I spend well over 2500.00 Just on the layout, and coding alone.
I spent 4 months of my time building up the traffic to this level with full time work days as well.
The site profits NET between 1300 and 1700 as is per month after payouts are completed.

I require the cash right now because of my late schooling fee situation thanks to a faulty bidder on the previous sale.
I wish I were able to look at other options at this moment but my schooling fees are now overdue. I will look at other projects with the buyer once the sale is complete.

 

Paidontime is a nice site, I use it and have been paid by it a few times. Can I use Adsense on it??

 

I forgot to mention PaidOnTime.org also has earned 385.00 USD for April with AdultFriendFinder's PPC affiliate program. I had nearly forgotten about that until I checked yesterday to see that to my surprise.
Adsense SeanMac probably isn't a good idea but I think there could be some publishers out there that wouldn't mind the placement given the high traffic and Alexa ranking.

7500.00 to 8000.00 . If the buyer runs that correctly you will make ROI within a couple of months (Less time probably) and much profit as it grows more.
Keep in mind you can also use this to give yourself big traffic to your other sites too. If you do alot of payouts daily the snowball effect works. The site requires about 1 hour of a person's day to run. I do not expect this sale to go for very long so if you want the site you probably should buy it now. I have it listed on SP as well.

No you cant use Adsense or adbrite or any other major PPC site.Only 1800banner and speedyads work for PTC.Speedads fetch me considerable revenue.

Keep in mind Friday and Saturday are slow for PTC. Sunday, Monday, and Tues, Thursday are generally the busiest days.
