I created this site to become the definitive place for buying and selling your proxy sites. It has a forum set up using PHPBB2, and has an auction site set up as well. The auction area is built with PHPBB Auction. I was originally going to have a trial membership and a full membership section in the auction site, allowing different abilities for buying and selling, but decided against it. Those membership roles still exist, however, and can be used if you want to. This domain name is very brandable, and with the right effort can become very profitable.

There are only 5 members signed up at the forum, so assume no traffic and definitely no revenue. I don't know what is reasonable for a BIN, so I will declare it after I get an idea of what the site is worth.

There really isn't any work that needs to be done with the site except to start promoting it in the right areas. With the auction side of it, you can charge a per auction fee, and also charge for bold listings, top of list, Buy It Now, and Special Auctions. You also have the ability to offer coupons to individual users for 50% and 100% off auction listing fees. Everything is done through paypal, and is automated.

You're getting a site that is 100% ready to go, and just needs promotion to make it big.

I honestly dont understand this. All that you are selling is a free phpbb forum script and domain? I dont mean to be rude but can i please know why you are expecting a bin of 75 for it?

 

Not that I should have to justify, since you're obviously not interested enough to bid if you're going to question it, but here it is.

The domain is very brandable, and easy to remember. I set up an auction area and got it all configured to work properly. I also coded in 2 extra membership roles for the auction area, and fixed all the code to get those added and maintainable through the admin area.

I feel that a BIN of $75 is very good, considering that somebody who knows how to get traffic to it will make a killing once the auction part of it becomes popular. It's also the BIN, because somebody who sees the value in the site will gladly pay that much. If you don't feel it's worth that much, then don't buy it. If you don't feel it's even worth bidding on, then don't bid. Right now it's going to sell at $35, so either bid or don't.
