    No paid advertising done All promotion done neutrally on using my other high traffic site. If you buy this I will keep the ads on my other side for another 6 month for free (PR3-PR4 Site). I have also submitted the site to several proxy top sites.

    That just a BIN. You can bid. The bid start at $20.
    Anyway I not promoting I using paid adverting. Some seller state that they site gain $50 or more in just a week. That good but after the paid ad end you should loss the income cause they no more high traffic to your site.
