    I changed the YourProxy.com, you can change the latter to what you like. This was made + coded by a Digital Point Member; I presume he must have used the same files (for the coding) found on FreeProxyTemplates; the design however is unique and will never be sold again :)

    yes hes right, I designed this template, and the design is 100% UNIQUE, no one will code all PHProxy script just to make a uniqe design, The Emirates Gallastico has all of the .PSD files for the design, so i dont see any thing wrong with it

    u cannot take others code and modify it without his approval..

    i think The Emirates Gallastico is to blame for this..

    he never checked who made the original template and what their terms

    The terms of the ‘Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike 3.0 Unported’ creative commons licence states that you can modify the template in any way you wish, but that you MUST credit the original author: “You must attribute the work in the manner specified by the author or licensor (but not in any way that suggests that they endorse you or your use of the work).”

    In this case, you just need to leave the original footer link to freeproxytemplates.com intact. If you need help re-inserting this you can PM or email me. (To clarify, even if a ‘new’ template is based on our original design it needs to link back to us, as the original author).

    @ surf4fun – I really appreciate you defending FPT’s work :), but in all fairness to The Emirates Gallastico, I was contacted as soon as he realised this might be based on one of our templates. I appreciate it can be difficult for someone to know if a site they have bought is based on one of my templates if they are not familiar with FTP.

    @SP360 - Comparing your template, against template number 5, more specifically, comparing the coding - you have obviously used our template as the basis of ready2surf.info, as killaklown pointed out, you have even left the title and META description exactly the same. TBH I would be very annoyed if I had bought this template from you (SP360) to discover it’s more or less available for free.

    SP360 – you may also be interested in reading our FAQ section that states you cannot sell our templates, only established sites using our templates. If ready2surf.info was sold without traffic, or based on an established income, you could also be in breach of these terms as well.

    You told him it was a unique template. Trading has a value to it. You could have at least admitted what you did and that it was wrong.
    However you try and phrase it, it is copyright infringement. These templates are provided free, and are not to be distributed, unless they are part of an established site. Even then, the backlink and any sponsor links need to remain intact.
    Trying to pass on someone elses work as your own, and then trying to justify it on a forum is not going to do you ANY favours.
