The domain is over 1 year old, and has been a number of different sites, however, it is pretty popular for a proxy. I've not advertised it at all, and I am already getting average 60 uniques a day.

The design is 100% UNIQUE and CUSTOM. Designed and coded by me. You will be given FULL rights to this design, which means you can use, sell, or give it away. Basically, do whatever you want.

Traffic, is as mentioned above, and no revenue, since the previous design it was running on, was a low CTR design.

I am looking for a real quick sale on this, and have a low BIN considering the unique design too (which is what makes a proxy successful for the most part).

Domain will be transferred to Namecheap by Saturday and then pushed to your account. Expires somewhere in November 2008 (will be confirmed after transfer).
