I'll make more than $850 from this site within 6 months. I'm selling it because the rapid growth. I'm not sure if I should upgrade it to VPS, because I've many other sites that I'll need to transfer if I switch. I don't mind to keep it and keep on making money from it.

 

Why would I want to sell it for $100 when I'm making more than $100 a month already?

 

$70/month revenue and yet you still rip the links off the bottom of a FREE skin. How about showing a little respect for the designer and sponsor of the skin?

 

I have already told you to reinstate the footer - why haven't you done so?
It is clearly stated in the terms and conditions of freeproxytemplates.com that you MUST not remove the backlink and sponsor link.

First of all, you're not even the designer or original owner of FreeProxyTemplates.com. Second, that proxy template is based on a free template thats found all over the internet. Now stop your BS & stop hijacking my thread.

 

yea put the link back up... are you that much of a dousch that you can't keep a FREE template's sponsored links up... wow I wouldn't pay you $850 even if your proxy was worth that much... which it isn't...

 

Other buyers have every right to be aware of this situation. I am only posting in this thread involving the sale of this particualr site.
No, I am not the original owner of the site - but as the current owner the template rights are owned by me. That template is indeed based on another template - and you will notice that the footer references that - styleshout.com and freeproxytemplates.com. It was released under the creative commons licence. You admit that the template is also from styleshout, yet think it is okay to also break their terms? I think that is completely relevant for any potential buyer to be aware of. All you had to do at any stage was respect the original designer(s) of the templates and the current owners and replace the link. 1 minute job.
I suggest you read this: http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/3.0/. the legal code is also there to be read.
