    Hello all,

    I have decided to sell on my proxy newsletter site.

    The site has a custom unique design, designed by me. Also has a simple unique newsletter design.

    Earnings:

    Traffic:
    Was 400/uv a day, now around 80/uv a day. Traffic was coming from my two proxies which I do not run any more, so the traffic has died down.

    Haven't really advertised this site at all, if you advertise it more and charge people to add their proxies you will make a LOT more.
    Just selling the 3 spots each day will make you $9 a day, with the option of increasing the price.

    Also has Myspace account and Yahoo group which will be included.

    Will it be easy to move it to my hosting? Any special hosting features needed?
    What newsletter service do you use? ... I expect that it will be possible to take just the recipient list and use another one, right?

    Why is hosting so expensive? Can hosting be moved? What newsletter service is it?

    No special hosting needed, all you are hosting is some code, so you don't need any expensive hosting companies etc.

    I use Aweber for my newsletter. The reason I use them and not a free one is because all free ones are used for spam and emails are normally sent straight to the spam folder.

    You can add the recipient list to another one, but most people will not opt in again and you will lose a large amount of the users. Aweber is cheap enough to stay with and once you charge for sending proxies you will have covered this price and hosting.

    Hosting is not expensive at all, just $7.95. Hosting is simple to move, just upload the files.

    Newsletter service is Aweber.

    That was a typing error, it should be dollars not pounds.

    It is $27.94 for everything per month, including the Aweber newsletter service.
