    The first week or so Adsense is on a site; the advertisers pay more and you have better clicks. Buyers should not be buying sites with 10 day revenue proof. How about waiting 2-3 months and see if he still makes that much.

    For all we know he had people click those ads and when the new owner comes he will not make any revenue.
