WTS - Profitable Website - $200 per month

The site is an established business using a custom link exchange management script. The script will allow a user to signs up for free to join a one way link exchange program. The links do not come all at once, instead users will choose categories for the websites they enter and request to be added to certain websites. Once they are approved, the links go live. A user can add as many websites as they like. To be in the program, a user must add a bit of code to their sites so we can display links. The best way to see how it works is to try it out yourself. Users can also participate in other programs such as buying / selling one way links.

This site is very valuable and you can do a lot with it. I don't have the time anymore to keep up with the subscribers. I care about the site and am looking for somebody who will take it over and make it the best it can be. I think it can earn so much more and it just is not doing its members justice. I have worked very hard and spent a lot of money to improve the site, spent countless hours of my own time and by hiring a programmer to fix up the scripts. I recommend the new owner to be good at PHP scripting. We will, however, provide you with the contact info of our PHP coder who did a lot of work on the site. I have many projects and could not focus on it 100%. I think the new owner of the site could make this site very profitable if he/she could give 100% to this business. The site is automated but fresh ideas, better user interaction and marketing and promotion are key.

Things you can do but I have not yet:
Add google adwords
Add more affiliate banners
Sell advertising on the site
Promote the site more
Add a section for selling website marketing packages, ie website submissions. This was going to be my next project.
Add more programs the subscribers can benefit from.
Allow them to pay to promote their sites on header or footer of link display pages.
Interact more with the users via emails, reminding them to login and approve links.
Give users discounts on website marketing packages.
Add articles and a blog.

So in summary:

You will get the site and domain name.

You will get all the scripts, mysql databases and all behind the scenes scripts that the admin runs. There is no back end to manage the site, only custom scripts to help automate various tasks.

You will get all our contacts who send us their inventory of links to list and sell on the site.

I will help setting up the site. We will not provide any more time or programming to fix up current bugs in script if you happen to find any. Site is sold as is with no returns.

You get the right to resell the scripts to anyone, but keep in mind, other folks may do the same and resell and we have no control over that.

We have invested a lot of time and effort into the site. We care for it very much and we see it as a very valuable business if it is sold to the right person. We are in no pressure to sell as we do earn close to $200 per month with no marketing or any extra effort.

Is not listing domain a smooth way of bumping your thread? Don't understand the logic. This has to get upgraded like SitePoint where you are required to list URL.

 

I know sorry about that, I Figured it is best way....I remember when I bought the domain name, I was glad that folks did not know it was recently sold etc and for how much.
