    I have a PR6 information site (covering a certain region of Illinois), with VERY strong backlinks (gov's, edu's, and a nice wikipedia link). Domain registered in 2001. Has PR6 and PR5 backlinks. Traffic is not spectacular.. most of the value is in the domain.

    When you say information site, do you mean a static website with a couple of sub pages or is it dynamic with regularly updated content?
