[WTS] PR5 Travel Blog for sale

I have a PR5 travel blog for sale. I just don't have the time or inclination to develop this site, and I want to start spinning off some of these neglected projects (I've put WAAAY too much money into domains and sites that just sit there...).

I've sold a few blog posts on this blog, but have not pursued selling links on it at all. 10 links in a blog roll at $10/mo is $100/month revenue without doing anything. $15/post sold and you've got yourself a money maker. Those are DP prices, put it on T*xt L*nk Br*kers and the various paid p*sting sites and make more money for sure. Only 6 posts on the blog right now, all unique.

About the domain: this domain was a PR5 transportation domain before i bought it and 'converted' it to a travel site. Links and PR have held steady for over 5 months since I bought it. The PR5 and age is valid (never expired). The domain is a 6 letter .org acronym domain, all letters.

The name will only be disclosed via PM to protect the buyer (because of the high PR, and I don't trust that Scroogle isn't watching). Paypal only. I reserve the right to only sell through escrow.com (depending on sale price, buyer reputation, etc), and if we go that option, we'll split the fees. Escrow.com is very easy if you haven't done it before, and offers several payment options. I also reserve the right to not disclose the domain to new/newish members.

BUYER will need to move the site themselves if they want to keep the site as-is. cpanel access will be provided. The WP theme being used does NOT come with the sale. It is not transferable, although I can point you to where you can buy the same premium WP theme for under $100, if you so wish. If you want to convert the site to something else, just let me know so I can resolve the paid posts with past clients.

Price: I've already had an offer of $150 for the domain very recently, so you can expect it won't go for below that. You can start bidding below that price, though. There is an undisclosed reserve in the $1xx to $2xx range, but I want this to sell. Auction end will be disclosed later.

I never put adsense on the site. I am not banned. I have an affiliate ad that has got a handlful of clicks but no revenue.

I'll work on a traffic screenshot, but the site has had 300+ UV/mo for the last 3 months.

I should add that the domain is at godaddy, and I picked it up back in October 07 for 1 year.
