    Rajawali and mikey1090 is right - these dirs on sale are authority bid directories. IMO, any offer below 8000 is unreasonable.

    Thewebguy, why is it not worth 10k? Are you a professional site evaluator? Do you have a web development degree?

    If someone goes to zorg links and bids for the two top links you will have made $3000 in a day. These sites have over 50,000 strong backlinks and zorg directory has excellent serps. I spent hundreds of hours on these sites and they are so well branded that people blog about them regurlaly and they get mentioned all the time on this forum.

    This is true. I wanted a lot more for this site than what I sold it for. This site has so much potential and is one of the better directories out there. All the 3rd party tools around like PR, backlinks count, alexa, page strength etc support this.

    Income could be $xxxx easily a month if a new owner was to promote it more - such as contacting all the SEO companies which I never did, raising prices and advertising more. With all the unique content on the site like the templates and articles it gives a good based figure, which can be added on to the monthly revenue. The site is easily worth $7000 IMO.
