If it's making you $200 per month then a realistic BIN would be $2,400 (profit p/m x 12). At $10,000 it would take a buyer over four years to get a return on the investment.

I agree with you. I think this is his first time. I offer $100. No reason for me to pay you $10,000.

 

He is not earning 200$ per month but its just 2 weeks. Estimatedly he is earning 400$ per month.

However, even at $400 per month, it's still not even half his asking price per annum ($4,800).

I am just buy this site two weeks. I already made money 300 for them. For both of sites.


When I want buy this site. I think like u all too. But after buy it ,I just know this is very good site.

U can search zorg at dp, u can see how many people know this site.

I got offer 7.5 for both of them aned 7k for directory only.
