WTS: PR5 Online Shop with low income

I want to sell this site, because I do not find the time / motivation to promote this site. The homepage has a PR4 and most of the Category Pages have PR5. Google has indexed more then 4000 pages and 110 backlinks.
The site is based on php/mysql and and has ~90,000 products at the moment - you can increase the number by simple uploading new SharASale data files.

~ $20 a month from Sharasale and ~ $ 2 from Adsense, but it could be increased with ease, if you start selling links on the PR5 pages.

I registered the domain back in 2005, but the site has been offline most of the time.

 

Is the script home-made, open source or what? I am asking to find out about support and upgrades and adjustments in case something changes on Share-A-Sale's side.

The script is custom made. The script will also work with future shareasale datafeed files, since they keep the datafeeds very simple.

As mentioned above, the homepage is a PR4 but the category pages are PR5 - for example - http://www.mallglobe.com/category-auto_boat_plane/

Please note, that the site was down from the middle of 2006 till march 2007

 

Do you also own the big network of blogs that provide a lot of the backlinks for this store? Who's to say you won't take down those links when the site is sold? The value in this site is clearly in the backlinks rather than revenue, and without some sort of reassurance that those are all going to stay I'd say $500 is a lofty figure for this site.

Also worth noting is that the entire network of blogs that have backlinks to the domain all contain the exact same content. Looks like some sort of blog autogenerator going on or something fishy. Please advise.

 

No, that is not my network - I bought the network post here on DP (so the links will stay after the sale). I do not think that $500 is pricy, it should not be a problem to make at least $100 a month from link sales and also with some promotion the affiliate sales should increase.
