    Hi there,

    I'm selling a well established website. Site has more then 8.000 unique visitors per day (about 8-15k). Site is only 4 months old and has PR 4 already.

    I don't have time work every day on it. I'm sorry because of that but what can i do. I lost too much time on building and promoting it and now it's sad to lose potential which this website have. Better to sold it and watching proudly how it growers and make money, even with another webmaster.

    I work about 2-3h every day...

    There is no auto update, all website is manually handled. There are only empty page where you paste code of the embed video and that's it. It's about 5 minutes of work, enter a code and upload it on you host.
