Selling [WTS] PR4 Established Dropship Sword E Commerce Site

This auction is for an established e-Commerce site that sells all different types of swords(http://www.thesworddepot.net). The site has grown rapidly with all of the SEO work that I have put into it. All of the SEO work was done by myself. The main page is currently a strong PR4 with several PR1-PR3 internal pages.

The whole site uses osCMax Shopping Cart which is open source. The site was fully customized by myself to make sure best ranking in the search engines. The site has a lot more potential. More SEO work and product reorginization could double or even tripple its sales.

I currently have 3 very dependable dropshippers, which all information will be given to the winning bidder. The dropshippers have no problem with switching the account to the new owner of the site. Since I know some people are curious about how the site works, I will go over a simple example. When someone orders the site, there Credit Card or PayPal account is charged and the order is placed into the system. The website owner can then go in and see that the payment cleared and then place the order with the dropshipper. Once the item has shipped and the dropshipper has notified you, you can then update the order so that it emails the tracking information to the customer and letting them know that there order has been shipped.

The site is currently hosted on my own Virtual Private Server (VPS). I do recommend to the buyer that it stay on my server due to the customizations of the scripts. I am willing to host the website for free for the buyer, but this can be sorted out when a buyer is decided. I would also like to make it clear that the site is specifically customized to use the First Data (LinkPoint) Gateway/Merchant Services. We can also figure out transfering of the Gateway and Merchant account once a new buyer is found.

I have had Google Analytics installed on the site since it launched so I can provide screenshots of any traffic stats that you need. Here are the top traffic sources according to Google Analytics:

•Search Engines - 71.30%
•Referring Sites - 20.38%
•Direct Traffic - 8.32%
As you can see since the site started 71% of the traffic has come from Search Engines (Mostly Google).

The site currently brings in about $3,000-$4,000 gross per month. Profit is based on which item is sold. This is without any new products being added in several months as well as more SEO being done (Backlinks, etc..). The site currently does NOT do any advertising, which could be something the new owner might decide to do. Like I said before, actual profit depends on the product that is sold but the average profit per product ranges from $20-$100. I do have osCMax stats of Gross sales and can take screenshots by request.
