    Indexscript is good, it's really simple to use, it doesn't offer as many options as phpLD but it is incredibly user friendly.
    Yes i will pull the links once sold and the banners for Aviva can stay if you have an affiliate account with them, if not then i will remove them.

    The paid and featured links are permanent.
