    It has no good backlink, only 1 backlink with PR1 others has no PR, its pr will get lower in next update if you don't make backlinks.
    But the domain name is good.

    I am not an expert in PR as I am mostly a domain reseller. The way I see it - since the PR update was no more than a couple of weeks ago and the domain kept its PR I doubt that it will lose it on the next. Then again, only Google knows the answer to that. When buying a PR domain, everybody should perform their own research to be on the safe side.

    What I can tell you for sure, is that this domain is NOT DROPPED, unlike others, and it got those links naturally since it used to be the website of Hawaii International Dance Festival!

    It has been active for almost 8 years and that helps a lot in SERPS. Age gives credibility and this one has lots of it.

    This is the final day of this thread! The highest offer today will get this amazing PR3 8 year old domain!!!

    BIN is still at $45. Might accept an offer before the day is over!
