    I have posted the site a while ago, but never was great looking. So I decided to add a couple of things into it.

    Features:
    1) One owner since 2005
    2) Domain page rank 3
    3) Partner page page rank 3.
    4) Site has 169 emulators in 40 categories.
    5) Site has over 3,700 flash games
    6) Site has over 21,000 Roms in over 40 categories
    7) Site is custom coded (Function() type website, not class(), which makes it easier for beginners to edit).

    New Features:
    1) Links are now search engine friendly.
    2) Unique & eye catching site template.
    3) Admin control panel to add/edit/remove games/emulators and review/accept game submitions from users.
    4) Admin loged in will be able to edit games when viewing them in the site.
    5) Game submition page (reflects adsense settings), with admin notification when it happens.

    Adsense Revenue Sharing:
    1) Enable/Disable revenue sharing.
    2) Each game/emulator can have it's publisher id/channel id.
    3) Admin chooses percentage.
    3) Adsense revenue sharing system for new game submitions with the ability to turn ON/OFF.
    4) Admin chooses percentage of chance user's adsense appears.

    Important Notes:
    1) Site is over 64 GB (65,536 MB).
    2) The largest gaming site (at least that I know).
    3) Games were scraped from other gaming sites, so there might be games that are legal and that are not. I created the control panel so the buyer will have the ability to disable a game when it is reported.
    4) I will help the buyer move the site to their server, can be easily done via SSH (FTP possible but will talk a really along time).
    5) Site uses MySQL on basically every page.

    Here is a screenshot of adsense earnings/traffic for a month (this way before I added Roms into the site, also adsense always lowers the # of hits + only word of mouth, no advertising):
