    Currently i have 1 of my project website that i didnt have enough time for it development and its already abandon for nearly 5month. So after a bit deep thinking i guess its a proper time for me to release the website from my custody :) to new owner for better development.

    So far the feedback is great and just a friendly reminder i nvr optimize the website with any ads you even can see joomla default banner on the website lol T_T except i sell a few sitewide link per year package over there, so the new owner need to continue the service until the link is expired after that you can review it.

    they will expired at the end of this year if i not mistaken, i will provide the new owner the full details.

    i sell it per year basis and not permanent :)
