[WTS] PR2 Proxy Topsite

I am selling Best Proxies (http://www.bestproxies.net), it is currently PR2.

The traffic on this site is low, I haven't done any promotion in a long time. There are also not as many members as there used to be, but I feel this site has great potential due to the name, and the existing traffic it does get.

When I first bought the site last year it had over 800 members, unfortunately a lot were spam, I spent many days cleaning it up. I had it around 300+ active members, and I turned on auto pruning. So it automatically removed members after 30 days of inactivity. It is down to only 90 members now, but those 90 members have also been there since the beginning.

The traffic and revenue are low, so I'm not selling based on that. Assume very little initially. I'm selling based on name and potential, as well as the time I put in to it customizing the template, etc.

I will provide a zip of the site including the database dump to the winning bidder. If site is purchased at BIN price, I will assist in moving is as well if necessary. Domain is registered with NameCheap, and I will transfer it to your account (you can sign up for a free account). Expiration is 1/07/09.

Is keepn the site at its current webhost server an option or not?

I host it on my personal dedicated server currently with all my other sites. So taking over the existing hosting account is not an option.

I could provide hosting for the site for $10 per month (paypal) as long as it is not hindering performance on my server at all.

Tell you more details about what? I've given about all of the details I could I think.

 

No problems at all. Aardvark Topsite script has been known to be CPU intensive from it's button.php script (this is what is used for member sites to link your banner with on their site). I have never experience this myself as I've never had a really really big traffic site with this yet.

I have a low end older dedicated server, so any performance hits are big for me. Most GOOD virtual hosts these days are using high end servers for their virtual hosting that can handle much more.
