The website comes with a Baby package at HostGator and doesn't need to be renewed until 2010/10/20
You'll also receive VBulletin forums with the website which can be viewed at http://www.mixedmartialartscentral.org/forum
VBulletin has already been paid for and you shouldn't have to pay for VBulletin again.

Please ask questions if you have them. The website is currently making $15 a month on ads

Vbulletin is different now. With VBulletin 4.0 you never have to renew unless you want updates. I was looking to get at least 200-300 dollars out of it

I'm interested but what's up with the unaccepted bids?
would you consider selling it without the vbulletin license?

I really don't need the Vbulletin license and don't want it so I would like to get rid of it too. Unaccepted bids? I am new and figured that was the best thing to do :p if I shouldn't do that then let me know

You should just set a minimum bid instead of rejecting bids. You might annoy people this way and it looks sketchy. It wouldn't hurt to set a BIN either.

Yes, I highly suggest putting a BIN out there.

I already said 200-300 dollars. Don't wanna put a BIN cause I wanna get the most possible but I don't really know how much it is worth

Its an auction - you let people out bid each other until the end of the auction, and the highest bidder wins. If you don't accept bids you just reset the price back to the previous bid - since you rejected everyone you set it back to zero.

If you have a minimum price in mind that you would accept then set a reserve price.

As you said your site earns 15$ with ads per month then simple rule of thumb will be
    revenue x 6months = total price = 90$
Most people sell stuff here like this.
