Potential earning considering statistics from my previous ( now closed ) project ezyLD.com is $200+/month. Currently the sales for the site have hit nearly zero but I will tell you how to boost up the sales for the site ( would require a further but very minor investment ) and you can hit the before mentioned income amount in no time.

You will get the complete web design ( valued: 75$ ) along with the domain ( valued: $9.69 ) plus including master resell rights for all the scripts ( valued: $590.45 ). Reason for me quitting the site is the fact that my university is starting up again and I don't have enough time and money to make any further investments for the site.

2KScript.com is currently not generating revenue because we have lost our listing positions for the script during ezyLD.com which managed to generate around 2000 USD during its first 6 months. So far 2KScript has generated a little more than just 100$, far below the expectations and the total investment.

Kick starting the sales may cost a further 30$ - 300$ ( depending on the options you choose ), however I don't have any remaining funds for the project so thats the reason I am selling the project. I will immediately contact the buyer about how to kick start the sales again and stay in touch until that happens.

Basically I can guarantee sales to hit the break even point for at least the buyer's total investments ( including price of the whole project ) within 3-6 initial months. I incorrectly used the term 'master resell rights' in the thread, but as I clarified later that I own exclusive rights to the scripts and so the author does not own any rights for the scripts.

 

So the buyer will own 100% exclusive rights to the scripts and will be the ONLY one able to sell them? And nobody else has resale rights to any of the scripts?

Exactly, the buyer will have complete exclusive rights to the scripts and no one ( including me and the author ) will be able to sell them.

Additionally, I was thinking to mention it to the buyer after the deal is sealed but if the project goes for the BIN price then I will give the buyer 50$ worth of Google AdWords credits.

 

I am increasing the auction dead line as I am not satisfied with the highest bid when compared to my investments and near future sure short earning potential for the site. Please keep in mind that I am offering exclusive rights to the scripts, not just master resell rights.

I am increasing auction dead line for two more days, if I did not get any bids higher than 100 USD then I'll just call off the auction. And now to add some more stuff, if the site went for 150+ USD then the Buyer, along with the complete website, PR 2 domain and exclusive rights to the scripts will also get 50$ worth of AdWords credits ( absolutely free ).
