[WTS] PayPal-IPN.com Instant IPN Generator Site and Software for sale.

Up for grabs here is my web site PayPal-IPN.com, the hosting account it's on, the domain name, and the software it sells, (including full source code for the software which is coded entirely in HTML and Javascript compiled into an EXE format).

The Website and Software are entirely of my own creation and is considered a Unique Item.

The site is almost 2 years old, and besides submitting it to search engines, it really hasn't been promoted in any way. As such, it has generated over $1000 in revenue this last year.

I truly believe, with only a little marketing and promotion, either through PPC, Article Marketing etc., this site could easily generate substantial sales. I simply don't have the time or resources to do so myself, hence the sale.

The product is targeted to New and Experience Internet Marketers selling singular items from standardized sales pages who are looking to quickly and easily secure their digital products and subscriptions.

The Instant IPN Generator does this. The Instant IPN Generator is not geared towards Shopping Cart selling.

About the Site:

• Comes with the domain Name "PayPal-IPN.com" which expires March 24th, 2008. (In two years, PayPal has never approached me about using their name in this domain name.)
• PayPal-IPN.com is currently hosted with HostingRevolution.com and is on a 250Mb Web Space, 15Gig/mo transfer Hosting Plan that comes with all the bells and whistles. The hosting plan was also upgraded to a "Lifetime" status, meaning no monthly payment will ever need to be paid. HostingRevolution.com Hosting has been exceptionally reliable for me for several sites.
• It currently sees approximately 400 to 1000 unique visitors per month with no promotion. (See Figure #1 below).
• It currently ranks decently in most Search Engines. (See Figure #2 below).
• Currently has approximately 8000 one way backlinks. However, most of these links are not good quality, niche orientated links, therefore not very weighty with the search engines.
• Approximate Estimated Value: $10,000 - $19,000 - (See DNScoop.com - Click the "Check It" button)
• The sales page currently converts at approximately 1% with no Lead Capture, (optin list form), or visitor follow-up.

About the Software:

• Currently sells for $19.97 through...of course...PayPal.
• Uses simple Copy and Paste interface. Simply copy your PayPal button into the software, fill in a couple of other fields, and it generates everything you need based upon your current PayPal Payment button.
• Generates both a PayPal IPN script, an additional Download/Thank-you page protection script in PHP, and a new PayPal Button code incorporating the IPN System.
• Does not require the seller to change any settings within their PayPal account, (They do not need to activate the IPN settings or add an IPN Url in their account).
• Does not require the seller to know PHP.
• The software is completely coded in easy to edit HTML and Javascript compiled with an eBook EXE compiler - eBook Edit Pro. (Which I may include in the packaged sale if you need it).
