[WTS] / Partner: Martial Arts and Strength Training Site / Ebook & Membership Program

Dear Potential Partners / Buyers,

I have a large martial arts and strength training site with an ebook and another membership program. I opened up a large martial arts school a year ago and just getting insanely busy. I personally just don't have the time to run it anymore. I can still provide the content for the membership site and ebook, but I need someone to manage the day to day process of the site. There are multiple streams of revenue including: my ebook, my membership site, affiliate products, and advertising.

The site currently receives around 2,000 uniques a day. I have over 50,000 email subscribers with about 1,000 facebook followers (need to bump up).

I am looking for someone to make an initial investment into the partnership. The partner will be walking into a cash machine if they market it right.
