{WTS} Parenting Site with Unique Content

    Hello

    I have a parenting site that I would like to sell. Because of neglecting so many of my websites, I have decided it would be better to remove them from my portfolio. I have had no time at all for link building and promotion and this site does not really interest me anymore.

    What is unique content and what is not?

    ï‚· You will find that all the articles in the Children and Parenting Section are unique content.
    ï‚· The Letters to the Editor are unique content.
    ï‚· The crafts are common everyday crafts that you will most likely find all over the internet. The food recipes and inspirational recipes will be found all over as well.

    I wrote an article with links to the site which I placed on ezinearticles. A couple people have picked up the article and added it to their websites.

    Adsense is on the site presently but I do not have any numbers that are worth showing yet. While the few clicks are decent payouts, the problem is I have not promoted the site so obviously the traffic is slim.

    What you will receive:
    ï‚· the domain name which expires October 1, 2008

    ï‚· backup files to the theme and database
    ï‚· I will be more than happy to set the site up for you on your server to ensure everything works.

    Thx honey for starting the bidding.

    I have been asked about the links on the resource page. I requested reciprocal links from both those sites and I have not heard back from them yet so I am still waiting for the sites to add my link. That is why the two links are there.

    Others have asked about more advertising or adding their own products. More ads can be added to the footer in the white square at the bottom of the pages. And the present ads can be changed through one file to place whatever code you like.
