    I want to sell one of my biggest sites - a free web hosting site:

    content type: free web hosting with over 2.500.000 pageimpressions and footler ad-links on all client accounts to my other websites where i get between 4.000 to 6.000 clicks/mo! (logged by our banner system)

    membership - about 15.50 free hosting accounts - daily more!
    unique visitors - that i not exactly know because the lyeredpanel statistics is totaly crap but our banner system (openads) tells me between 700.000 and 800.000 banner impressions and between 4.000 to 6.000 clicks on the ads each month!
    growth - grows between 1.000 and 2.000 new clients/mo

    any revenue?
    no because my freehosting sites i only have had to advertise my other sites (one footer link brings about 200.000 backlinks spread over many different domains because some users also uses her own domain
    if buyer want to sell footer links or advertising links on PPC and sell links as well on the main-page (its pagerank 4 since the last update) and i have done some seo - so next update its pr5 or pr6 - its easy to make 1.500 to 2.500$/mo
    the "upgrade" hosting i have redirected to my webhosting company i have owned bevore (sold bevore 1,5 months)-> so i not know exactly - but direct frome this account-upgrade i have gotten about 2-5 payed hosting accounts (about 150$ each sale!) each month


    the server now costs 120$ and is a full managed vps server (updates and layeredpanel monitoring also included!)- but for growing an bigger server is needed (bigger server costs about 200 to 350$/mo

    needed time: about 1 hour/week
    advertising costs: nothing -> site grows because some listings in free hosting directorys, footer links and already done seo
    traffic: between 1.500 and 2.000GB /mo
