WTS Original Investing Site

I'm looking to sell the site in my signature. I simply do not have the time to begin advertising campaigns, etc. - which you should be able to tell from simply doing a URL search in Google, where you will find out that I haven't gone on advertising campaigns. All traffic is completely organic - PR3 is completely organic - EVERYTHING is completely organic. So this is your chance to own something which is totally unique and is highly leveraged so that with a little bit of work or whatever it is that every webmaster does here on Digital Point, the site will grow exponentially.

If you are interested, shoot me a PM. If I feel like an offer is attractive, I will follow through. I am looking to sell the entire site, plus its original ebook, CMS, etc.

I wouldn't be able to maintain this site's content myself. Will your Clickbank ebook and sales page still be available for affiliates?

Yeah, if it is possible to transfer clickbank accounts, I would recommend that. Once that becomes an issue if I do have a buyer, we can look further into that and call clickbank. Also, the sales page will still be there, the product is digitally delivered so it doesn't require any manual shipping through email except if you have a google checkout buyer, and in the past month I have had 3 I believe.

As for the digitally deliverable service, I use e-junkie which is $5 a month. If you know a way of setting up the book to be digitally delivered through the host, then by all means do that.

As you can see it has been a while since I have really added any content. The last time I puchased a link was probably 6 months ago. If you have the time and effort to expand, this site will attract many visitors. There sources of revenue are clickbank, sales page on the site itself, google checkout, and CJ, but CJ is very little. Most revenue comes during months where I have really added a lot of content. When I don't, naturally it slows down. You can set up more affiliate programs and even sell the book through ebay if you wish.

I'm looking for a minimum bid around 2,000 USD because the CMS and Joomla coding and design cost about 1000, and I make on average 180 a month during the months that I update and add new content.
