Nuxio.com - Your Audio Search Engine is up for auction.

Nuxio.com allows people to search for audio files. Users who signup can also create playlists and save them to either download or stream to their PC at a later time.

Some of the features of the script Nuxio.com is using are:

• Download audio files.
• Stream audio files directly to your PC.
• Built in audio player with site logo.
• Registered users can save playlists
• Lyrics search (Find the words to that song you just downloaded).
• Rate downloads on quality.
• Report broken links
• Audio downloads sources are hidden.
• Site banners
• Allow end users to place your search box on their site.
• Recent audio search tag cloud.
• Download counter.
• Admin section to control / edit users and banners.

The script license and the copyright license will be transfered to the buyer. Currently there is no charge to do this.

The domain is at Godaddy.com with about five months left.

The site has earned me a few dollars, but I will not be posting the screen shots so you can assume zero income.

The site does use around 1-2gigs of bandwidth per month and this will increase as the site grows.

I will provide the buyer with username and password for cPanel / FTP. Site must be moved within 5 days after completed sale.

Payment: PayPal, but if you have a thing for Escrow.com we can do that with buyer paying all fees.

I do not expect any fees to complete the transfer, but if any were to popup the buyer will pay all fees.

Is this site legal, as could I host it on USA servers (torrents you cant).

How many members are there?

 

It is hosted in the US. The actual audio files never are loaded on your server.

The files come source web sites where end users upload all sorts of stuff from music to videos. This script searches these sites and provides the searching user with a list.

Actual members counts are low, the only reason people register is to save playlists. With out looking I'll say 10-20 members.

The site is using x10media.com MP3 search engine, which is a paid script. Do you have the license and does it come with the sale or are you selling a pirated, unlicensed version of their script?
