    WTS http://www.greenteaextracts.net/ - it has 300-400 hits per month (proof http://www.greenteaextracts.net/Traffic.jpg ), very low Adsense revenue, can be increased if you can get it to top 10 for some good keywords (I can research it for free for the buyer). Some Amazon products are also there. The domain is 1 year old, the site is well indexed and has some backlinks. The domain is renewed recently. Fast push to your Godaddy account. You can leave hosting as is (it is free on the account of the guy who made this site), or you can transfer it to your own account. You can just buy it for the domain name.

    Payments via PayPal or Skrill/Moneybookers.

    Well, it is not brand new :) You can change whatever you want - it is Wordpress blog. The site ranks for "green tea extracts" it is on page 1 search there.
