I've seen that design on a free layouts site, all you've done is recoloured it.

 

You better watch your mouth, kid. Although started from a generic template, my designer put in countless hours of work modifying it and making it our own.

Don't you dare assert that if you don't have any evidence to back up your claim... which will be hard for you to do...

You should fire your designer if it took him countless hours to recolour it.

As started in your original post, this is apparently a custom template - but you just proved it isn't because you say you spent hours modifying it and making it your own.

LOL, you guys are funny. I stated that it was a template, so I don't know what you are trying to prove.

What took hours could have been all of the custom graphics, CSS tweaking, custom logo, or quite possibly even the flash banner found at the top of the page... or did you all forget about all of that in search of something to mutilate my auction's thread?

You stated the design was custom, it's not and we've proved that. Sure, theres some apparently custom graphics on the site, I'm not going to say thats true because you lied about the design, but you decieved buyers by saying it was custom, stop trying to divert the situation.

 

Hey bud, thanks for strengthening my argument. I did say that the site was "custom designed," and I'm not going to say it's not. If I were to say it was a custom template, that's when I'd be lying. The design is fully customized (layout, colors, graphics), and I was honestly trying to deceive no one.

Arguing over semantics is pretty minuscule to the issue at hand: you and your ignorant pals ruined my sales thread. Before you get owned anymore than you already have, stay away from my sales thread unless you're interested in bidding.
