I am seeing if I can sell my blog with an online store. It is steadily profitable, and traffic has been increasing over the years. All paypal downloadable product, audio samples, I specially developed. I still love music, and making the site was really fun. I am just interested in other things at the moment. Right now its running on autopilot ($300/month). If you have any questions please PM me, and check the Site Point auction description first.

starting bid is way to high. Most sites are valued at 6 months revenue, that would be $1800 for you.. not $12k

That is a short-sighted formula for a website unlike most sites.

It would take 3.33 years to regain all the cost associated with your minimum bid, that's assuming profit holds steady and hosting does not cost the buyer anything extra.

I doubt you'll find a buyer that wants to gamble that much.

The price is appropriate. Your website hating is all too common.

    Agreed. That's veryyyy high.

Set it at 6 months - 10 months revenue. No ones going to pay 12k.

When someone tries to tell you that it's too high, you want to get pissy or have a "smartass" attitude. You even said something on one of my threads looking for advertising space (nothing to do with this thread ).

Good luck selling your site for 12k HAH!

no seriously, good luck, you'll need it. I just sold a blog that earned twice what you claim that your site makes, and I didn't get 12k. I got way more traffic than 9,300 uniques a month too. Don't tell me how yours is older (nearly two years old?). It's all about the revenue and traffic. The only thing that's retarded, is the imaginary person that would buy that site for 12k. Sorry to be rude, but you were rude.
