    This is a great site with loads of infomation on body building.. it comes with 5 ebooks that have master resale rights with them so your able to sell them on the site for however much you would like,,,

    Website has google adsense ads so even more potential income im only after $15 for all this.. site is about 2 weeks old so low traffic

    i dont have the psd files.. the ebooks came with the site it was part of a pack of niche sites i belive... i was sold two of these sites (identical) last week so this is the last of the 2 i have.. the is a file which states the master resale right clearly etc :) but i have no idea where they are from originally..
