Mass server clear out, sites that were either sidelined for future development or have been left to rot. Assume little traffic or revenue, none of these sites have been tracked for a very long time.

Any offers over $xxx individual sites will be considered. Anything less isnt worth my time to sort out,unless other wise stated.

http://www.gfxrenders.com - forum taken down a couple of years ago , completely dead but ranks for GFX forums on page two ( google.co.uk ) plus for GFX renders. A bit of dedication could get the site back on track. Design based on a wordpress theme so the new owner could use wordpress as a main site if required. SOLD

http://www.webmastersdictionary.com - Unique webmaster blog, mostly unique content but also some syndicated content. Nice domain.

http://www.eyewhitenerdrops.com - Brought and never done anything with it, it does get some nice adsense clicks from time to time but not enough traffic to make them count. Ideal for affiliate product or adsense if more traffic is driven , Good google ranks (PM me for keyword lists)

http://www.liverpoolshirts.com/ - Affiliate website through affiliatewindow, made two sales in the early days of value of £120 which converted something like £12 commission, Premium domain name and ill not be sold for cheap.

http://www.eliteseovideos.com/ - Nice aged seo video site. Direct from youtube , Cron needs to be setup to make everything automated.

http://www.ticketstout.com - Premium domain name was orginally purchased for the sales of football tickets via an affiliate program but ive never had the time to complete it , nor do i think i will get time in the future. Theme is no unique but is a premium theme i believe .

http://www.costatreehouse.com/ - PR4 travel related blog, has been PR4 for the past 2 updates and maybe more but i didnt own it prior to that.

http://www.phonez.net/ - Nice domain name, Content is mostly spun content from a blog network.

http://www.supplyfilms.com/ - Great domain name for UK as we call "movies" films , this was originally purchased to be an affiliate of such companies like "love for film" , blockbuster, choices etc but never got around to it.

http://www.companydebtmanagement.com/ - Spun content via blog network , premium theme , nice domain name.

costatreehouse while in my possession has never been anything more than a syndicate blog, it was never to have claimed to have unique content , Panda update was focused more on content farms and poor linking strategies rather than punishing for duplicate content, it also has no baring on page rank. Thanks for the offer but on this occasion i will keep it.
