There is over 6500 words included. All of which is unique.

With 32 000 visitors using adsense if your CTR was 5% and average click $0.15 (very believable) you would earn $240/month. I just have no time to work on it.

There is huge potential in a low competition search term. With a PR4-5 you would be ranked close to 1st and would receive a big amount of traffic due to the amount of searches each month (32000). Also the domain having the two main keywords would make SEO much easier.

This site has huge potential with its easy to remember name. All you have to do is upload the articles and get some traffic. I am selling because I have put my time into other projects.
