Just wanted to make it clear this is a site auction cause someone told me it's not the right forum to post.

Selling the site and all source files including all rights on the ebook - winner will be able to sell it and make money from it.

Toby - the ebook offers 3 different methods, some of theme use community sites but not social bookmarking sites.

Gatorade - Yes, I'm selling the site and the ebook with full rights. That means you'll be the owner, you can change the name, price, sales letter, start an affiliate program...whatever you want in order to make money from it, it's a business.
So far I have promoted it only on forums (DP, warriors, sitepoint, v7n). I'm sure you can earn even more if you promote it on many other forums related to the internet marketing niche.
I have some ideas about promoting it and I will help and guide the winner, I just don't have the time to do it myself.

Man, it sounds great, it's just $300 is a large chunk of money if you know what I mean.

If you could get rid of the minimum bid I think you would have better results. I know I'd make a bid, but I can't bid $300 right off the bat.
